What Past Clients Have To Say About Our Service In their Own Words?

Success Stories:   More on Independent YELP!

As people who believe in karma, I and my wife strongly believe meeting Alex and his team has to be due to some sort of a good deed we did in the past. It was one of the serendipitous moments when we first met Alex and his team and we were immediately impressed how professional, friendly and helpful they were. Even though we had the idea of buying a house we were very reluctant at first since there were so many unknowns. Luckily we met Alex consulting team and they started guiding us the right direction like parents would guide their children.

When we decided we want to buy a house we talked to few agents whom numbers we got from the phone book. We later met with an agent and she instructed us to go to an open house to have a look at a property, and as first time home buyers that was all the help we got from her that day. But little that we knew our real friends in real estate were awaiting us the next door to the open house we were supposed to go. Just out of curiosity we dropped in to the next door and it was another open house done by Alex. As we spoke, Alex explained us lot of things we may not have otherwise known about first time home buying. We were really impressed and encouraged by the information they provided. As a good friend they instructed us what we need to do first and on the way home from that open house I and my wife decided this is the person we want to get assistance from when we buy a house.

To be honest, when we first met Alex on that auspicious day we were in no shape to own a property in the bay area in terms of finance. But thanks to their advices, we started moving closer and closer towards that dream day by day. After we fulfilled Alex's first recommendations, we contacted them again. To our greatest surprise, he remembered us after about 6 months by our names. After that Alex explained us number of options available for first time buyers and started finding properties to match our requirements. I think it’s got to be the most difficult part of their job, finding properties that match requirements of such a picky couple like us. Undeterred by our constant rejection of the properties we looked at, they continued to search for the ideal home that suits us. I must admit, their preparation before showing us a property, the amount of information they present to us about the property, the amount of research they put into it, is simply amazing. Sometimes we felt like they were exclusively serving us. Despite their extremely busy schedules they always had time for us (and often for our ridiculous questions as first time buyers).Few months ago Alex's team finally managed to find the place we really want to call home. For a moment we thought that’s the end of their job, but that was just the beginning. From the time we placed our order, they began liaising with the loan agent the builder appointed us. Even the builder's loan agent was impressed how professional and knowledgeable they are. Currently we are in the final phases of getting into the right loan program for us and it’s been a smooth process from day one thanks to the hard work of Alex's team.We truly consider Alex and his team as our best friend and the bond we built between us during past few months will last our lifetime. Second only to finding our dream home, meeting them is the best thing happened to us during our search of the American dream. We wish Alex's team the best as they truly deserve it.

Alex was introduced by a friend that had just bought a house. At first we didn't understand on why would our friend pushed us by saying "you've got to use this guy to buy a house!" We totally get it, now that we finished the long emotional process of getting our dream house. We were using a discounted brokerage service prior Alex. With the previous broker, we had to do 99% of the work - from finding it online via her access code as a broker, doing the research of the individual home, making the phone calls to the banks by myself to find out more about the REO bank owned property, etc. She was very hard to reach as she did not return our phone calls nor emails. Communications were unstable and flaky. She told us to search by ourselves and she would just open the door once we found what we liked. Unfortunately, the service was just not there.

And then we met Alex and Yuchi - a full service brokerage. The differences are night and day! In the beginning, we did have our differences in opinions as we were all head strong. There was a small period of adjustments. It took time for us to trust and see that Alex was 100% on our side. He was totally dedicated to our well being, as if he was buying the house for himself! He pointed out the bad part of a house, not only the good part! It wasn't enough that my husband and I have to agree on a house, now Alex have to agree on it too with even longer list of what make a home good for resale down the road (long term goal) not just for family living (short term goal)! He was not out there looking to sell us the most expensive house for his own benefit. He even dissuaded us to get the bigger house as he refocus us back to our main priority and financial capability. After we all agreed on one house (finally), he did a thorough statistic market comparison on pricing, schools, neighborhood, etc. He then proceeded with his advice on the best strategy on pricing and timing based on his extensive research on our particular case. We were so relieved that his pricing strategy was similar to our own assessment, as that was the turning point of our trust and respect for Alex and his team.

One thing we learn was that before you start looking for home, please save yourself from headache & stress by taking full advantage of Alex & Yuchi's detailed knowledge of lending options and processes. Now days, the banks are so strict with more details, regulations and requirements. On the other hand, the bank loan officers take pre-approval so lightly, endangering clients from losing their deposit. A word of advice, don't go to discounted brokerage by thinking you can save more money. There is a big difference between a Rolls Royce and a Corolla even though they both get you from point A to point B. Alex and Yuchi had saved us more money by their knowledge, pricing strategies and negotiation skills! Not only we bought our dream house under the fair market value and asking price, we were also credited back some money by the sellers bank on some issues (nice surprise) - all because of Alex willingness to try and fight on our behalf! It did not just stop there. Alex also helped us with renovation by introducing a couple of contractors that do great work with our limited budget. Alex and Yuchi also helped us with our rental property strategy, advices and even templates for advertising the rental house! All we can say is that Alex and Yuchi have surpassed our expectation! They put in the extra miles and work way beyond their job description as our Real Estate Agents to help us out. We are extremely pleased with their professionalism, full service and commitment to make it happen! Please feel free to contact us for future references on their highly recommended service.

We met Alex through a mutual friend. We were not very sure of buying a house, so we just attended the "Home Buyer Class" that Alex conducts. Alex goes through all the pitfalls that new home buyers will encounter - starting from the difference between a seller/buyer agent to points on a loan. It is also packed with information about loan and city assistance programs and current market information. This is not something we expected from a real estate agent. This is a free class and there is no expectation at the end of the class that you will sign him up as your real estate agent. It is quite a lengthy and thorough class and Alex comes across as very honest.

We were very impressed with Alex and signed him up as our real estate agent. From the get go he was very clear that he is a buyer agent and he will always represent the interests of the buyer - us. And the first thing we did was not jump in a car see houses. Alex wanted to understand what we wanted. He also wanted us to go through a pre-qualification for the loan to see what we qualify for. This is very important because it will decide what kind of house and where we can buy it.

After the pre-qualification we quickly came to the conclusion that for our requirements - a single family house around 500K, Berryessa area of San Jose is the only area that we can afford. Therefore we decided to concentrate on that area alone. That's one other good thing about Alex, he is very straightforward and calls things as it is.

Alex then showed us a few houses to get a feel of the layouts we liked. We did that for a couple of weekends. The third weekend we liked a couple of houses and we decided to make offers on one of them. Again here Alex was thorough - he studied sales of similar houses in the area and we came up with a maximum price that we would be comfortable paying for the house. We then came up with an offer price which was a premium to the asking price.

One other good thing with Alex is the first question he asks when he sees a house is - can this house be sold down the line. This is very important - he eliminates a lot of houses which don't have the proper layout or some other defects corresponding to the demographics of that particular area.

Luckily for us, the offer got accepted. Again here Alex was thorough, he arranged for a lot of inspections on the house. Nothing was overlooked - a good thing too because we found an issue with the Central Air Conditioner Heater (it was broken and generating Carbon Monoxide). Alex was also very good negotiating with the seller for reduction in the price of the house because we found some issues with the inspections.

Since I was already pre-qualified, the final loan approval was very smooth. We also got a very good APR without paying any points. Alex has a headache free wholesale rate program for his clients that beats all retails banks.

I will be remiss if I don't mention Yuchi. She was most helpful and was always on top of documentation. There are so many documents that need to be signed sent to various people etc. She was very good following up with people - whether it be the title company or the loan officers. The process was so much smoother because of that.

Our house is supposedly in a flood zone and in order to avoid taking flood insurance they helped us remove our house from the flood zone. The house also has an additional room and they followed up and got us the permit for our records.

Alex and Yuchi were also very accommodating with the closing. My wife was traveling on the day of closing so they sent her all the documents that she had to sign and my wife couriered it back !!

All in all a very great experience. I would highly recommend Alex.

Having Alex & Yuchi as our agents was the best experience ever! My sister introduced us to Alex &Yuchi and several of our friends who were represented by them were very satisfied. They were very knowledgeable about the housing market and they took time in educating us about different types of homes (short sale, REO, etc) and what we should be expecting. And since he's also a loan broker, he could help us get a loan w/ a wholesale interest rate, which is lower than what banks offer. So we decided to sign up w/ them.

Alex is straight forward and honest about things. He told me not to look for houses yet until our preapproval process is done. However, when my family was here from overseas, he took the time to show us some houses even though we weren't preapproved yet. Also, their preapproval process is very thorough and I was nervous at first because they were asking for a lot, but this is to avoid having the loan rejected during escrow. And thanks to Yuchi's promptness & awesome attention to detail, the process was smooth.

At first we were worried that Alex was not an east bay expert, but turned out he was even better. And Alex always reminded us that location and layout are the most important. Since the houses that we liked were mostly 'hot properties', Alex would submit an offer fast and during the waiting period, he would continuously contact the seller to negotiate on our behalf. And we got our house because of his persuasive and relentless negotiations. Woohoo!

We got a very good deal. During the escrow process, they were always pushing for us when the seller agent messed up. Yuchi were always prompt in responding to our emails and both of them moved fast to avoid missing any deadlines. We also got our loan with their wholesale interest rate that was below the published rate. And after we close, they even referred us to great contractors to renovate the house.

I strongly recommend for you all to meet with Alex & Yuchi before you decide to go with another agent. You won't be disappointed! If anything, you'd be glad that you did. They are not money-driven like most agents out there.

We had a long journey towards buying our first home.It all started on a great day in may 2009 when we attended the first time home buyer help class organized by Alex and Yuchi. To tell the truth I was a little sckeptical about this whole thing but to my surprise, I was very impressed in the first half an hour of the class by seing the approach of Alex.Since I am an Engineer too, I liked his approach and his attention to details.I have met several different agents who will drive around in a MercedeZ and finally end up wasting my time because they dont know what they are doing. But with alex it was completely different,he knows what he is doing and the most important thing is he made me believe him in the first 30minutes of our first meeting. Not to mention Yuchi has a very keen perception and detailed attentive accumen .Alex is lucky for having Yuchi.
After the home buyer class we went straight ahead to fixing a one on one appointment.Alex and Yuchi did all their home work based on the details we gave them and very clearly enlightened us with the economical, geographical and social aspects of our home buying project.By the time I left the home one on one discussion I had a very clear idea of what I am looking for.

Because of some change in my planning and budget I had to change my strategy of buying from buying a town house to buying a condo.I informed him right away and Alex jumped in immediately by doing all his analysis and explained to me of the pros and cons of buying a condo.Again he made me feel good about what I am doing which is very important for anyone to proceed further.

After looking at a couple of condos in a span of 20 days we finalised on one condo. The real deal started from now on... We made an offer on a condo which had about 5 offers in a span of 3 days in market. Now one can imagine what kind of properties Alex shows, and how valuable his knowledge is.There is no way that I would have found this real nice one if it had been not with Alex. Ok anyways to continue, out of the 5 offers ours was the weakest because I was only planning on putting the minumum 3.5% downpayment and getting an FHA loan. Not to mention, the processing time of FHA loan is 3 times more compared to a conventional loan(in a best case scenario). But alex with his great hard work on this particular project was able to impress even the seller and our offer got accepted.

The next hurdle is the condo complex approval process,we came to know that our condo complex is not FHA approved and to get it approved it would take atleast 45-60 days.I decided to take it easy on this one.But Alex never gave up,he tried to look at the alternative that are available and proposed to me an excellent solution. There are several things that a buyer agent has to do in this kind of situation to keep the offer with us expecially in a competitive buyer market. The very first one is you have to convince the seller that you can close the escrew in the alotted 30 days time. The second one is you have to find a way to keep this offer alive. What Alex did in this situation is particularly praise worthy. He made me convince to put some extra money and he also convinced the seller agent to lend me some money to come up with 10% down payment. There is a program called Dream Maker and with this you dont need to put 20% but just 10% and you can get the remaining 90% loan. There is no way I could have proceeded further without Alex.OK so the money is ok, but there is no way we can meet the dead line on 30days escrew closing time because we wasted lot of time waiting for the condo approval and we decided to move on after some time.Alex jumped in with another great deal, he convinced the seller that we will pay the penalty for closing late which will cover their monthly mortgage payment on the condo. However with multiple offers in hand the seller can easily reject our offer. But to my surprise the seller accepted the deal, the charm of Alex and his great negotiating skills worked well for us.

The next thing is the loan approval process, ok we have made the seller convince to extend the escrew closing time.We still needed to push the loan officer to get the loan approved.Alex and Yuchi did a fantastic job here as well.Usually the loan approval process takes ~15-20days in best case but we got our approved with in 10days all this is because on the constant interaction of Alex with the Loan Officer, the HOA people and several others who are involved in this.Since it was done so fast there is always scope to make mistakes.Alex and Yuchi looked at each and every document and pointed out any mistakes, any negotiations that can bring down the closing costs.I eventually ended up saving alot of $$$$ because of their help.

I recommend Alex and Yuchi with greatest ethusiasm because of their: Accumen,Attention to each and every detail, hard work, Negotiation, skills, hospitality, Timeliness, Efficiency, Urgency in meeting critical deadlines,Willpower, Never give up kind of attitude.

Alex and Yuchi was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had worked with them. After listening to her experience with Alex and Yuchi, I decided to meet Alex and Yuchi. During my first meeting with Alex and Yuchi, I felt completely confident in their real estate expertise. I was ready to sign on with them within 5 minutes. That had proven to be one of the best decisions I had ever made. They delivered everything they promised to deliver during our meeting and more.

1.  I felt like I was their ONLY client when I worked with Alex and Yuchi, even though I knew they had several other clients. Their professional accountability gave me the confidence that I would be well taken care of. They returned my phone calls and e-mails in a very timely manner. They always addressed my questions and concerns patiently. They went above and beyond for me. Not only Alex and Yuchi got the job done, they got it done right. For example, due to the seller's ignorance, the appraisal was delayed for 5 days. Because of Alex and Yuchi's tireless effort, my deal still closed on the original closing date even though the seller agreed to an extension. Throughout this whole ordeal, I felt Alex and Yuchi did everything to protect my best interest.

2.  Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to look for. Alex gave me really great suggestions and provided me with guidance I needed. For example, there was one condo I liked. While touring the condo, Alex pointed out the major defect in floor plan that made this condo unsuitable for my needs and resale. Being a home owner himself, his advice came from a buyer's point of view.

3.  I never felt pressured by Alex to make an offer. He made sure that condo I bought was within fair market value so I didn't get ripped off. For example, there was one condo I liked, and it was within my budget. Rather than rushing to make an offer, Alex provided me with a detailed price analysis of the property. His analysis indicated that the condo was way over priced in comparison to nearby similar condos. I took his advice and didn't make an offer. The next week, the owner lowered the listing price. Since the new listing price was still way above Alex's analysis, Alex advised me not to make an offer. I am so glad that I took his advice. Later on, I found a perfect place with a fair value. Of course, the appraisal value of my condo by the bank was exactly what Alex had predicted in his analysis.

4.  Alex wanted to make sure the home I was purchasing was my dream home. He made sure that I wouldn't have any regrets later on. Alex's didn't stop searching for a perfect home for me even after my offer was accepted, even though he definitely was not obligated to. For example, there was another condo in the same complex went on the market the day after my offer was accepted. Since he knew that I liked the top floor and the one I just made offer on wasn't, he called me immediately. I was out of town that day, Alex went to see the condo on my behalf after his busy day. While there, he gave me a detailed description and his impression of the condo and answered my questions on the phone. In the end, I stayed with my original choice. It was this kind of above and beyond professionalism and his tireless effort to ensure his client's happiness that impressed me the most.

5.  Alex and Yuchi makes a “Dream Team”. Yuchi was very detail oriented. She had a real calming presence. As a female buyer, I really felt that having Yuchi at the meeting helped me a lot. She would give unbiased advice from a woman's point of view. Yuchi made this home buying experience less intimidating for me.

6.  Alex was very aggressive when trying to get the best deal for his clients. I got my condo at a decent price because of Alex's strategy. Due to his fast action, I got the condo before other potential buyers had a chance to bid on it.

I truly really enjoyed working with Alex and Yuchi. They got me a home I loved. I still wake up and come home everyday with a smile. They worked diligently for me. Their job didn't end when the offer was accepted. They coordinated every tedious detail afterwards to ensure a smooth transition.I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

At the risk of sounding cheesy, Alex and Yuchi “had me at 'Hello'”(“Jerry McGuire”)!!!

~Linda (Sunnyvale)  A Satisfied New Home Owner

I first met Alex over two years ago when I started thinking about getting a house. I met him a few times. Not like most realtors, he was not at all pushy. Not only did he not push me but he told me I was not ready. He gave me some valuable advice to get ready.

He kept me in touch and regularly sent me updates. Two years passed and I realized I was ready. So I contacted him again. Very efficiently, we started working together.

Alex dose not waste your time (or his) for unnecessary efforts. He prepared all necessary things for my loan application first. The communication was so efficient. Every time I had doubt about any document, I called him (and/or Yuchi) and the answer was always there. After a few weeks my pre-approval loan process was finished.

The next part is checking out open houses. Alex and Yuchi checked out all potential properties and filtered out for me to best suit my requirement and affordability. That saved my time tremendously. Then I started visiting one property after another. Every time I got to a property, Alex gave me a brief educational speech such as what to be aware, what to be focused on. That was so informative and helpful. I learnt so much from that. He gave me all the info and always left the decision up to me. Then I started making offers.

Here comes the hard part. It was quite a competitive period and because of my financial situation, my loan was quite weak compared with other offers including cash offers. With this difficulty, finally Alex managed to help one of my offers go through. Then here comes the harder part.

My bank went out and did the appraisal. And the appraised value is lower than my offer value. There was 20K difference. Knowing the competitive market I was happy when my offer was accepted but now this hurdle was on the way. Alex gave me a number of options and let me know how he would do step by step. Then he went ahead and started talking the seller into lowering price for 20K. I was waiting. A day, two days passed by. On the third day, he called me with good news. I mean "Great news". He managed to persuade the seller to cut down 20K. So, basically I got my dream home 20K lower than my initial offer price. Who on earth would imagine that?

Then he helped me with all the final steps in closing the loan. He carefully checked out all the mistakes which the escrow company made (which I heard is pretty common). His main job is to protect the buyer (me) and he did such a marvelous job. He did protect me from the beginning thorough out the whole process.

On the day I got the keys, he said one thing. He said "this is not the end of our relationship, rather this is just a beginning". That's true. He and Yuchi have become very good friends of mine.

So if you have any real estate needs, I would say Alex as far as I know is the best realtor in the area.

~ Zarni (Newark)

We met Alex a few months back through a close friend when Alex was helping them find their home. After the initial consultation with Alex, we were instantly impressed with his knowledge about real estate market & the business and decided to make him our real estate agent. We are extremely happy that we made that decision. Alex and Yuchi made the journey of buying a home easy for us. They gave us up to date detail information about real estate market; they explained us about short sale and foreclosures. They explained us the current market scenario and the type of loan we should be looking in the current state. Best was , they were constantly monitoring the market for us to get us a good deal on a property and acted promptly by quickly alerting us & helping us review it before other competing buyers. They were enthusiastic in showing us good properties multiple times and any time of the day. Their efficiency and patience is remarkable.

Alex's negotiating skills were awesome he got us our dream home for a great price in this super competitive market by constantly having dialogues with the seller who was initially only accepting cash offers. He even got us closing cost from the seller which was very helpful on top of great price. I am really impressed on how Alex and Yuchi worked in finding our dream home, to arranging the property inspection promptly, working closely with the loan officer to ensure we closed the escrow smoothly on time.

As busy as they are , they even continue to help us after closing with our new house remodeling by suggesting us a good contractor to do the job with good price. In Alex and Yuchi we not only found realtors for life but also good friends in them.

We gladly recommend our family and family to them for any of their real estate needs.

~ Gopi & Pallavi (Santa Clara)

Nobody could believe I could get this deal, untill I met Alex -- he helped me got my dreamed house with 20% under market value ;-)

So many good things about Alex:
1. He is very knowledgeable. He knows every city's housing market and government programs in and out. I never knew that there are so many government programs that help people and he helped me get the city's down payment assistant program, a not very easy process to go through.
2. He is very good at bargaining and that is the main reason I was able to get such a good price for the house. He managed to get me the house even below my target price.
3. He has excellent communication skills and he is amazing with people. The seller of the house was a very difficult person to work with and I wouldn't be able to deal with her by myself.
4. Besides buying the house, he helped me find a very good remodeling contractor that did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.
5. He hooks me up with Santa Clara City 75K Downpay Program, one of the best mortgage plans available to me.
6. If you are an investor and you are looking to rent your property, he has very useful tips to share.
Overall, I give Alex "two-thumbs-up" and I recommend him to everyone looking to buy a house.

Buying a home had always been a dream and thanks to Alex and Yuchi, it's a dream come true. We were searching for tips as first time home buyers when we came across http://homebuyerhelps.com. We were impressed by all the success stories and decided to meet with Alex and Yuchi. Our first meeting was very informative. They explained the home buying process in great detail. They had even created a personalized report to show us what we could afford and what options we had.

With their help, we were able to find our home within a week. They analyzed other homes that were sold in the area within the last 3 months. This helped us decide if we were getting the home at a good price. Alex negotiated a good deal for us and we were very happy with the outcome. He reviewed all the documents and made sure they were intact. He was always available whenever we needed his expertise. He constantly kept in touch with the lender to make sure the process was going smoothly. Although the home we bought was a new home, Alex suggested we hire our own building inspector. The inspector found a few minor issues and Alex made sure the seller fixed them before we closed escrow.

They are very professional and friendly. They started out as our realtors and became very good friends. We will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Alex and Yuchi, thank you once again. You make a great team.

~ Sathyan & Sangeetha (Santa Clara)

Alex and Yuchi were highly recommended by our friends so we trusted them and started our home search. Me and my husband were very impressed from day 1 when we had our first informative meeting. we really had little idea about the market or buying options and they give us detailed insights into how things worked and prepared us adequately before we step into the world of housing. we were very lucky to have met such honest and hardworking professionals. Yuchi and alex completement each other so much and their team work was excellent. we highly recommend them if you are like us-beginners, first time home buyers who are looking for a trusted and experienced realtor. They helped us with our loan and spend a lot of time walking through the process with us. They always had the most up to date market information for us at all times. My husband told me that they were the best of all the realtors that he had encounter.Today we have purchased our dream home and we are so thankful. we look forward to work with them if we decide to get a second home...

The real estate market has taken quite a beating in the last year, and so we were basically looking for a good deal. Since we may move out of the area in a couple of years, we also wanted a property that will also be of good future rental value. Prior to meeting Alex, we had shopped around for a few realtors, and found that it was a rather time-wasting process. When we were eventually introduced to Alex through a mutual friend about 2 months after we started our search for a property, we discovered that the service Alex promised us (and of course ultimately delivered) far exceeds the other realtors and our expectations. We signed on with Alex exclusively thereafter.

Alex and Yuchi managed to find us the perfect property for our budget & purpose. He did lots of vetting for the properties and only showed us the ones that fits our criteria, which I think is great and saves us lots of time looking at unnecessary properties. He's also very honest in his opinions and will tell us straight out if he thinks a property or location (neighbourhood) is not ideal. When we found the townhouse property that we eventually bought, it was really one of the best ones at the price range that we saw, basically a good deal, which was what we were looking for. We made an offer to the bank (it was a foreclosed property) which was accepted, however the unit had a pipe leak which the bank promised to repair prior to closing. This repair took a LONG time and was making extremely slow progress. We also discovered a special assessment that the HOA was planning on, and we requested an adjustment to the bank. The bank took their own sweet time to response, in fact they never did, and with the repair still not going anywhere, Alex finally advised us to cancel our offer in order to protect our deposit. It was comforting to know that he is constantly looking out for our interests.

From the time we cancelled our offer, Alex continued to monitor the progress of that particular unit, and also continued his search for other properties for us. About a month after we cancelled our first offer, the bank finally completed the repair of the pipe leak. As Alex was continuously monitoring the situation for us, he knew exactly the day the bank's contractor completed their job, and he immediately arranged for us to make an offer again without delay. Alex told us that with the repairs done, the unit had become more desirable for other buyers, and he was right. This time round, on top of our offer the bank had also received another offer. The bank eventually accepted ours, and it was even at a much reduced price than our first offer. Sweet!

Alex was very prompt in arranging for the inspections, and even negotiated a credit with the bank for the cost of replacing the water heater (which was busted). Everything moved very fast but Alex was there the whole time making sure that everything was proper and taken care of. We closed in 2 weeks. Throughout the whole process, we actually also did our own research on the property and we expected Alex to also know about the things that we found out, which he did and so we were happy and impressed to know that he was really on top of things.

This is our first time buying a home (we're newlyweds) and Alex was key to making the whole process less stressful for us. I know that he is working hard to make sure that we are getting a good deal and to keep us happy and satisfied, which we are. We feel that we have found a great property at a great price, and we are thankful that we have Alex and his partner Yuchi as our realtor.

~ Sam & Hanny (Santa Clara)

Alex Aung and Yuchi were very helpful in helping us find a home that is appropriate with our income and our liking. They have great patient and are very supportive. If we had any difficulties, they would help us find the answer to the solution and try to overcome it. They helped us from step 1 till we finally purchased our home. The houses that he showed us are reasonable and they fit into our interest. Most of the houses were brand new and they were highly in great conditions. After analyzing my finances , they also helped find & prepare us to secure a special non-profit 1st time buyer program with low down payment that helped us into purchasing the house of our dreams.Whenever we needed something, we could call them and ask them about it and they gladly helped us promply. They have great experiences as a realtors and i recommand that if you guys want a patient and a sincere realtor, you guys should chose ALEX AUNG as yours. Thanks, Alex Aung and Yuchi for helping us with everything and i hope you have a great success in your future.

This is actually the second encounter with Alex. Our first-contact was in a selling transaction of my brother-in-law's condo few years back. My brother-in-law was out of town and I need to step in to help take care of all the details of this sale in his absence. Alex made quite some "demands" on how exactly to clean and arrange the staging and sale of the condo. I guess I was a bit annoyed by all the tedious "demands" that Alex wanted while it's actually not even my home, especially when I'm not getting any benefit out of it. (I haven't got married back then) However, after the transaction is all done, I have to give it to him that the condo was closed with the highest price in the complex. Though I didn't get a cut out it, but I'm definitely impressed by his professionalism and ability.

So now it comes to my first purchase, I did go outside and check out other real estates agents out there. After quite some time of "shopping" of realtors, I ended up still think Alex is the best one I had met.  Especially after I met with him, I am more assured that he is the one I would like to work with. One of the big difference I noticed is the questions that the realtors ask me when I first met with them. All other agents I met before, including the teacher from the first-time home buyer class, would ask us to think about what kind of home I would like to buy, and what my budget will be. Well, one might think it's pretty logical. You want to buy something, you think about what you want first, right? However, the first questions Alex would like to know is totally different. He asked me what my current financial status is. It might seem odd in the first place, but then it all make sense after a few rounds. He is having the long-term goal in mind. After understanding the healthiness of my financial status, then he made suggestions about the purchase based on my preferences. I'm not going into much details, he is basically helping me to establish a strong foundation so that I can proceed with bigger plan in future. I found this business practice extremely rare in this industry. He's not the type that just want to get the deal done.

After we made up our mind to buy this new home unit, Alex has helped me negotiated a pretty good price even from the builder.  I have to note that it's the first phase of the builder's project, and the discount Alex got for me was originally not applicable. Alex also follow through our option choosing process to ensure our choices are not too dramatic that helps reselling in future. One last thing that I have to note is the walk-through process from the builder. The builder have this weird policy that only those who are on the title is allowed into the property for inspection. We are not even allowed to send in professional home inspector to check on the home's quality. I found this extremely weird since most buyers are not professionals and won't able to tell whether the constructions are done right or not. Alex helped us to fight on this and eventually allowed to send professional home inspector in. And guess what, problems were found!! Water leakage was found in crawl space, AC unit is just not working, laundry room pipe hook-up are not done properly at all.  Alex stood up for me to ensure all the problems were fixed before the escrow closing even being branded by the builder agents as "disrupting the transaction".  The relationship between buyer and seller ended up not as friendly as beginning (that I hope could have been better), but then I'm also not sure if these issues could be found and rectified without such "fight".

When it comes to real estates transactions, it is super important to have a realtor who is really putting your interest and benefit as top priority. Alex is awesome in this and I'm so thankful that I have his help in these areas. He's not just my realtor, but also my good friend who gave me tons of great suggestions in many areas. (personal financial planning, entrepreneurship, food!!) Alex, Thank you so much for all the help, AND I'm going to hold on to your voice mail greeting that you will be my "consultant for life". No escape now since I've recorded it. :D

Alex and Yuchi are the dream team! They rock! From the beginning to the end, they look after your best interest in your real estate needs. They take care of you as a full service Realtor.

I first attended their Real Estate seminar, and the meeting was packed with current market information. It was almost too much information. However, since I signed up as their client, they walked me through every step of the way including getting my loan approved to the purchase document sign-off day. The highlight of the transaction was the day I got the winning offer news. It was so exciting! With their expertise, they worked with the seller's agent to make my dream come true. The art of negotiation, paying attention to the detail, watching out for the client's best interest, through all these aspects they proved that they have the best work ethics. These are the people you want to work with.

I highly recommend Home Solutions Realty. No one else is good for me.

We were a first time home buyer and Purchasing our new home was truly our "dream come true". Alex negotiated an amazing price on our new home. We couldn't be happier. He even shopped lenders for us and beat the rate we had found on our own. He pre-toured all properties before us to eliminate bad ones, He is very hard working, to be trusted and dedicated to his profession in real estate.

We were very pleased with all that Alex and his lovely partner Yuchi did for us.  Alex was always available at all times for us. He always let us make the final decision, but honestly told us if it was a good or bad decision. Although, we may not always agreed eye to eye, he made sure we knew his stance. He goes the extra mile for the Buyer.

The Seller’s chosen escrow transaction was not as smooth, as the escrow agent made so many mistakes, but Alex took care of everything patiently. He helped us get the home we wanted , a good deal Bank Owned property in  multiple bidding situation without having us go overboard on price.

We wish to extend our thanks  to Alex and Yuchi, again, for all that they did for us in easing the paperwork process that we had to go through.  Hire his team as your agent and you won't go wrong!

I found Alex and Yuchi's real estate ad on Craiglist in the Fall of 2007 as I was researching to buy my first home. I hadn't told Alex and Yuchi this but I actually contacted them because of what I read in their past client success stories posted in their web site and the stories grabbed me. After reading what each client wrote, I felt that they would be agents that I could trust. I found out later through Alex that their clients typically did not come  through Craiglist mainly word of mouth. Well, I guess there's a first for everything. After exchanging a few e-mail messages with Alex, he invited me to meet with him and Yuchi at their office. When I met them for the first time, Alex and Yuchi took a couple of hours to walk me through how home buying works, what information you need, how you can purchase at the lowest possible price and what it takes to get the ideal home you want. The consultation was a detailed first time home buyer presentation but the thing about the presentation was that they didn't sugar coat anything. They told me the honest truth about what I needed to do, how much money I needed for down payment and what kind of dwelling I could afford based on my salary history. I walked out of their office well informed. Alex stressed key points on how to have a good and positive experience in buying a home. I took the information I got and relayed it to my boyfriend Christian who I planned to purchase a home with and told him that I found the folks that will help us and I knew exactly what we needed to do to get us our first home based on the counseling received.

Because of what I learned from Alex's presentation, Christian and I took our time gathering all the requirements needed to purchase a home (down payment, closing costs, credit score details, etc.). It wasn't until March 2008 again when we were ready to get out there. We found out later that again, we did another thing that Alex does not normally run into and advices his clients not to do. We went with a mortgage broker instead of using Alex's recommended local partners for the home loan piece of the home buying process. Worst yet, we used a mortgage broker who wasn't local, she lived in Southern California. I'll tell you shortly why this is a major no, no !

Alex and Yuchi were very patient and drove us around to look at houses. It took us a couple of weeks until we found some houses we liked. When it came time to making a decision on a house, Christian liked one house that was located in Fremont and I liked another that was located in San Jose. Alex and Yuchi suggested making an offer on the two houses and hope for the best. One thing that I would advice first time home buyers not to do is to try not to fall in love with a house because you might end up offering too much money than what it's worth. Trust me, it happened to us. I liked the house I chose and got carried away wanting to do whatever it took to get the house but Alex and Yuchi stopped me from going too far and gave me sound advice not to go for the house I chose. In the end, we ended up with the house Christian chose in Fremont. Alex's negotiating skills were top notch. He got us a sweet deal on the house and even after we sealed the deal on the price, he got the seller to cut the price even more because of things that were found through inspection. I was really impressed on how Alex worked.

The only down side to the story but doesn't have anything to do with Alex and Yuchi was the mortgage broker we went with. I would not suggest going with a mortgage broker, specially one that is from out of town because they slow down the process and you can only get a hold of them when they feel like talking to you. They act as the middle man between all the players in the buying process so there are too many relaying of information that goes on. They're also working with so many other buyers that they will not give you the attention you need as a first time home buyer. And because they're so busy doing other things, potentially, they'll forget details or forget to pass along documents. In our experience with our mortgage broker, she would lie about things that she was doing and she blamed Alex or the Bank or the title rep for her mistakes. She missed so many details  and blamed other people for it that we ended up closing on our house four days past our closing date. Closing was 45 days and you would think that was plenty of time to get the job done but for our mortgage broker, it was not enough time. So word of caution, don't work with a mortgage broker to keep you sane.

Buying your dream home is not easy. With your limited budget, it is even harder. However, if you find the right real estate agent who can take care of you personally and financially, it can be a different story. If you want to know the different story of buying the dreamed home is such a fun, let me share with you mine. I just graduated and worked at my company for one year. Obviously, buying a home is a joke for me. As we all know, entry-level professionals may make decent salary. But, accordingly to the Santa Clara City income standard, the entry-level salary is still considered as lower income category. I met Alex through a good friend of mine. At the time, I am not sure myself that I could afford of buying the house. Fortunately, Alex took his precious time and explained me patiently what loan opinions are available. Personally, I believe that you need a real estate agent who is not only good at finding a good deal for your future home but also good at financial planning. I endorse Alex as 2-in-1 real estate agent because he is not only a good agent who can help you get the best deal on the purchase price but also a good financial adviser who can guide you to get the best loan and also make sure to save every penny for you. I still remember that I am thinking it is like one of those wonderful advertisements on radio when he told me that I can qualify for the Santa Clara City loan of $75,000 with 0% APR for 5 years. But now, I can tell you that 0% APR is true and real because I have the loan with the term and conditions exactly the same as promised by Alex. Now with that interest saving of 5 years from the loan, I could even have a brand-new car. Thanks Alex. You help me not only buy my dream home but also save my money to buy my dream car. I feel such a privilege to have you as my agent. The every step of the process is such a great experience for me because you provided 110% customer service and attention to me. Thank you for everything from the point that you took your time to explain me the details of the process to the point that you are being with me at the Title company to eliminate /correct the wrong charges by escrow & city etc,  when we are closing the escrow.

PS: Special thanks to Yuchi for helping along the process.

Considering one of my traits to be a perfectionist, looking for a perfect home for me was not an easy procedure at all. I have been thinking about getting one for years, yet I was completely clueless and lost in the middle of the packed market of real estate. Then it was one of the realtors I know, Alex, who guided me through the whole process of house hunting. Sometimes we would use our lunch time to go house by house, and it was just not two or three that we saw, but a whole lot more. He patiently took me to every house he thought would suit me best, given several criteria of a house I have in mind that I have told him.

His honest opinions about the houses are very helpful toward my final decision of making a purchase. A house is sure a big deal for everyone, and I could only trust him for his vast knowledge in this specialty. I was doing the right thing. I am now completely satisfied living in a KB brand new house with all the criteria I have specified before. And even better, it is within my budget range. It did not end there, as he still helps me with all the amount of paperwork I had to do regarding the purchase. Alex successfully negotiated “large sum” amount off the KB home’s Builder  So called Fixed Selling  prices & even managed to increase  the Builder’s Incentives for my deal at the end. I also got down payment assistance & closing cost helps with government loan he negotiated together with my home purchase. I highly recommend him to everyone who seeks professional, yet incredibly friendly service.

Good Real Estate services are hard to find, and we are glad to say that we found ours in our second time around – After discouraging results & experiences working with our 1st agent ,my co-worker introduce us to Alex. Alex and Yuchi gave us such a wonderful first time home buying experience that I would pay money from my own pocket just to experience their service level & recommend them to all others who are first time home buyers or buying for investment. We worked with them for more then one year but never found anything less than encouraging with their services nor we found them pushy with our decisions.Their technical know how of the real estate market or their guidelines and recommendation for finding the best possible house within our price limits and Guess what we finally bought? A single family residence which I never thought would have been possible without Alex and Yuchi's help. They found us a good deal Foreclosed , Bank Owned home which save us Ten’s of thousands compare to other similar homes in Area and enable us to buy a single family home instead of town home as we initially intended. Alex also got us the Non-profit loan with no PMI, yet only needed little down payment from us. Without any hesitation I would say that you are in good hands of Alex and Yuchi when it comes to buying your dream house.

Thanks,

~Jigar & Nima  (San Jose -Berryessa)

It was a pure coincidence meeting Alex while house hunting and what a blessing it truly is. Buying a house for the first time can be an intimidating feat and we wanted to make sure we had done our homework properly and with Alex, we had proper guidance, resource in knowledge of everything regarding purchasing a home and we get to make a great new friend. From day one, Alex was there all the way till we signed our escrow and he even came with us to the signing off place, arrived earlier than us, read through all the documents and make sure there's no discrepancies ( Alex did find some inaccuracies done by the title company and the new-home builder and corrected them and on top of that he managed to get us back a significant amount of money through his excellence bargaining forte from new Home Builder).

Alex is always thorough in his explanation and is willing to work with you according to your financial ability, advising you what is best for you depending on your individual case basis and is never pressuring you to take the easy way out. We are very grateful for everything that he has done for us and trust me, there was some complicated situations that arose from the work inefficiency of the builder's assigned lender and Alex was always there to fight for our right and to straightened things out for us. Basically the process of purchasing this house had been an easy ride for us because Alex was always there in our place to smooth every complex situations. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends who are in the process of purchasing their first homes and in the future we will definitely ask him to represent us again when we are moving to a bigger house or buying another property for investment purposes.

Alex, you are not our real estate agent but you are one of our treasured friends. The experience we have with you through purchasing this house has been a very pleasant one and we enjoy working with you. Once again thank you.

It is with gratitude that we write this acknowledgment of Alex Aung’s Real Estate Team as our professional real estate representatives.

As first time home buyers, we had many problems in buying house from analyzing and understanding this falling home market to our own financial limitations of buying house. Just like any other first time buyers, we have so many limitations and very high aspirations & expectations for our new 1st home. I met Alex through my brother. Alex was helping my brother finding his home. There are a few things which we personally feel really standout for Alex & his team.

1. They make you understand current market & market trends happened in the past. They showed us all the charts & figures of present market & past market to make us   understand what would be the ideal loan amount & loan type for us in the current state.

 2. They patiently listen to your concerns and really take interest in understanding what you need in your home as in what your preferences are in-fact.In many instances, they even took care of the small little things we wanted in the home. They also took into consideration as of how much we could afford as monthly mortgage payment, and smoothly and honestly advised regarding that, which was one quality we haven’t seen in any other real estate agents.

3. Complete package!! Alex’s team come as a complete package, From getting your loan approval, finding our dream home, negotiating the best deal on both loan & home, to other minor but important issues like property inspection, ensuring utilities gets turned on for inspection, catching & fighting for faulty fees from title company & lender, they also helped us with house remodeling, contributing their remodeling tips & ideas, resulting the jobs done in a great price & a timely manner. Their services are really professional. They also helped & guided us for keeping track of credit score & resolving credit issues.

Finally we would just say that any one of you looking for buying a home or even thinking about buying a home, you should talk to them. They will help you organize your finances, credit score etc in better way, Alex Aung’s Team are the best persons to work with and fulfill your homeownership dream in a timely, organized and budgeted manner.

I was introduced to Alex Aung by a friend of mine and decided to work with him due to his rich knowledge in this real estate business arena and a high degree of diligence. During our first meeting, he was very patient going over the materials that I needed to know about buying my first house. I also noticed that he was willing to share his knowledge to his clients throughout the process. This is one of many things that you will definitely benefit from him and his partner, Yuchi. They made sure my time with them was well spent and listened carefully what I had to say in regard to my desire and looked out to my best interests. And yes, they both are very nice people to talk to as well.

We finally landed a place that I now call it my first home after having a few misses (which is very normal in this type of tough market that I happened to be in - lots of cash buyers!!). Once again, Alex and Yuchi were very patient and they didn't rest until they found the house within my desired location by putting their hard work and utilizing their impressive strategies. One thing for sure is that they are professionals and they will treat you with respect. They even worked harder after the seller has accepted my offer. They took care of pretty much everything...all paperwork, scheduling for all types of home inspections and making sure all the deadlines were met in the contract. Alex even got me some extra cash from the greedy seller that I truly appreciated. That showed his consistency of care for his clients and his ability to do so.

Overall, I was a pleasure and a great experience to work with Alex and Yuchi and I am very much satisfied with their performance and the results. I would highly recommend Alex and Yuchi team for any real estate business needs.

As 1st time home-buyer, with limited knowledge of the real-estate industry, all I wanted was to make sure someone would accept my offer to purchase a home. I found a home I liked off Craigslist. I set up an appointment with the listing agent, and although it was a nice place, Alex's Consultant Team wanted to give me a comparison of other similar homes. I ended up liking a different one they showed me and not the one they are listing, but they gave me plenty of knowledge of what to keep an eye out for when purchasing a home. So to make the story short, they became my buyer's agent and represented me when obtaining my first home. At the time, it was a really competitive market and the bidding wars were present, they knew exactly how much to offer, that was still in my budget, and allowed me to win! I purchased my 1st home. It was an extensive process to go through, but I definitely couldn't do it without their guidance. Plus, they found me such an unbeatable mortgage rate. They truly are a leading customer orientated team. Thanks for the continued service and answering all my questions at any time!

~ Shirley (San Jose-Cupertino)

Alex and his team have been my great real estate consultants. I’ve been investing real estate for more than four years and each transaction I made with them was a very successful one. I met them in year 2004 when I was looking to sell my condo in San Jose. After talking with several realtors, not only was I confused about the market situation, but I also got more stressful in dealing with these agents who seemed to look after their interest more than mine. One of my friends recommended me to give Alex a call. We had a great meeting in that evening and I decided to give Alex a try to sell my condo. Within 2 weeks, my condo was SOLD above the Asking Price. The whole transaction went very smooth and efficient. It was such an rewarding experience.

From that point on, Alex's team have become my real estate consultant for my real estate investment needs. Through their network and connection, I bought another investment property in Texas, which generates me Positive Cash-Flow every single month. Few months later, they sold another Triplex for me again with full listing price within ONE month. Just few months ago, Alex help me locate and close a below market deal and we are in process of selling it. After the deal is closed, they will help me to get into commercial real estate investing in San Jose area.

After working with dozens of agents in last several years, I learn that a great one 1) should always have exceptional negotiation skill to help your position in buying or selling, 2) is creative to solve problems, 3) most importantly, look after your interest (bottom line) and work with you with HEART to build long term relationship. They score A+ in all three areas! I ‘d highly recommend Alex's team to everyone I know for any real estate needs and advise.

~ Aaron (San Jose-Cupertino)

Alex's Consultant Team was fantastic. Their service and attention to detail is first-class. They walked me through every document in detail, so I knew they were protecting my interest throughout the entire process. I've worked with other agents in the past, and I can tell you that they definitely went the extra mile for their clients. Also, their knowledge of first-time buyer loan programs is tremendous - they came up with a set of below-market rate loans that ultimately helped me afford the ideal home.I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I was looking to buy my first home in Spring of 2005 in order to get ready for my wedding in the summer! I had no idea what price range I was looking for and had no idea how home mortgage works. With the busy work life in Silicon Valley, it meant that I needed some help.

At first, I was referred to other real estate agents by friends from a local church. That real estate agent referred me to her loan agent, and we started the home hunting journey. We spent a lot of time visiting different places that wouldn't quite fit what I was looking for. At the same time, the phone would keep ringing the loan agent. It was "paper-this", "fax-that" type of game for the longest time I could imagine. After three months of arduous work without success, I was about to give up and might have settled down with just renting for the time being.

Fortunately, my fiancée referred me to Alex and his team. At first, the idea of dealing with yet another Realtor made me hesitate abit, but I decided to give it one more try. To my surprise, they were more than Realtors, they thoroughly understand the every aspect of financing available and all the property requirements for those special financing programs at the same time. They started helping me by first understanding what kind of house we were looking for. They did not throw me to the another loan agent instead they took the time to educate me all the different choices & benefits of home mortgages available.

They took the time to explore the existing incentives for first-time home buyers, as well as the strategies involved to secure the lowest loan rate possible. As a result, we were able to secure a Government backed 30-yearloan fixed rate of 4.25% ! This really helped me buying the new housebecause it meant higher purchasing power.

Since Alex’s team understood what type of house we were looking for, the hunting experience wasn't like shooting in the dark. We visited only a few places, and quickly found our place of choice. After agreeing on the price, we quickly closed the deal without much hassle.

They are friendly and professional in all aspects of the home purchasing experience. Now, when my other friends are going through the pain of Real estate + loan agents, I would take out Alex's business cards from my wallet and refer them to him! Cheers.

I like your team's no-non sense approach, I wish all Real Estate professionals in the field are like you folks. I have worked with Alex's team for both buying and selling of my past two homes, in state as well as out of state. Their unparallel knowledge of investment and analyzing the situation to get the big picture always helps me with picking out the correct choices. Whether it is about choosing which home is right for my family or which financing I should take, or even whether I should invest in real estate at all, they have always been able to give me great guidance. Thank you guys!

We were looking for our first home and we have very little knowledge about the real estate market. One of our friends referred Alex and Yuchi to us that they are expert at real estate market. We are surprised of how Alex can analyze the fair market value of the real estate and he also knew what kind of house we want. Therefore, we do not need to spend a lot of time looking at every house and he did all the work for us. Alex and Yuchi is not like other real estate agent and he told us the truth about condition of the house before we made an offer on the house.Yuchi also helped us applying our loan process. She tried very hard to appeal our loan when our first loan got rejected. We really appreciate for that.

~ Dave & Clara (Newark)

We are pleased and happy with Alex and Yuchi real estate service. We look forward to use their help and service in the future and recommend to anybody.

My sister-in-law gave me Alex's contact information when we started looking for our first home. His team were very professional and efficient. In a very short time, we were pre-approved for an excellent loan that is exclusive for first-time home buyers. In just few more weeks, we found our home and closed the deal. Since we didn't have any experience in the real estate business, They were very helpful in walking with us through the entire process.

I met Alex at my friend's place who had purchased home through him. My friend had already mentioned about all the great service he received from Alex to materialize his home purchase dream. Though I was working at that time with a different realtor and mortgage broker, Alex heard my situation and provided professional guidance that enabled me to make decisions resulting in my home purchase with the excellent government loan.Alex spent lot of time providing information and suggestions. Even after the purchase of home, he helped with many of the issues that arise after home purchase such as home improvement and remodeling issues etc. The dedication and professionalism is exceptional that separates Alex from average realtors. He provides services ranging from home purchase to home loans that many realtors/loan officers don't even mention. We can't thank Alex enough for all his professional help.

Our story is unique. My husband and I have always dreamed of a beautiful home where we could raise our family and grow old together. Accomplishing this goal, however, right after our graduation from college had proven to be a tremendous financial challenge here in Silicon Valley. In addition, after interviewing a number of different real estate agents, my husband and I realized that one of our greatest challenges in purchasing the home would be finding the team that would truly represent our interests.

After meeting with Alex's team we knew right away they would help us to make the process a true success. Not only did they know and had lots of experience with some of the most competitive mortgage loans on the market, they offered us their full support, personal interest and lots of patience while making life altering decisions.

Although we initially decided to postpone the purchase of our home, they have continued to stay in touch with us, offered their assistance as well as personal advise on numerous occasions and provided updates on the local real estate market.

Alex's team deserve our highest and strongest recommendation. They are truly dedicated, hard working, knowledgeable, patient, energetic, and most importantly, ethical professionals.

~ Kasia & Peter (San Jose)

Alex had successfully sold my brother's Cupertino house previously. Through that experience I already knew Alex team's quality of work. They are very professional and pay meticulous attention to all the details. From planning the pricing strategy to beautifully decorating and staging my house for shown at its best. Alex's team really treated my property with care and all the potential buyers sincerely. I still vividly remembered how he carefully move all the plants and decorated my balcony as a little cozy garden. I really don't know how to appreciate his efforts in making my house a top dollar home in the neighborhood. During that time, there were 3 or 4 other similar units selling at the same time in my neighborhood and competition was fierce. We were worried about the market condition. However, through their professional marketing, pricing strategy and creative negotiation, I managed to sell my house with highest $$ per square feet in the complex. The best part is I listed my home  the last among all the competing units; yet, my unit was the first to sell with full asking price. I am very happy with their service.I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their real estate with Alex's team. In fact, I had recommended Alex's team to two other friends of mine who needed to sell their home: one in Fremont and another in San Jose-Cupertino. Again, not to my surprise, both my friends were also very happy with the end results they got, working with Alex's Real Estate team.In my opinion, if you want a honest Realtor team who will deliver their promises and over-achieve their goals, I would say work with Alex Real Estate team. Thank you, you guys!

I am glad to work with Alex and his team. I was able to buy my first investment property in Texas last year with their help.  I mentioned to Alex about I was interested in investing real estate but I only had limited budget and yet still wanted to make money from the investment.  As being an investor himself, Alex knew exactly where I needed to invest in order to get cash flow, tenants, appreciation from the property and provided me with the reasons why that place is a good place to invest and explained with examples. Alex and his team went extra miles not only for the transaction going smoothly but also guided me to get tenants right after closing the deal. He negotiated terms and condition with the property manager, created rental ads for me, posted rent ads, etc. in order to get good tenants. All I needed to do was read the agreements which Alex negotiated, signed and return to him and everything was set. Working with Alex and his team is pleasant and enjoyable experiences because of their extraordinary knowledge and support in real estate business and also their team friendliness, kindness that will make you feel "I am the only one they have been focusing on".  They give time to talk and answer any questions and concerns that I have regardless how busy they are.  *** Their clients are their number one priority ***
